How to play: Hold baby’s right leg and bign it to the left side. Baby’s hops and body will follow as you play. Resume and repeat on the other leg.
You can also: Do this after you have changed a diaper. Put baby on a soft blanket and play the game! It is so much fun!

Preparation: Any flat ground How to play: Hold your baby firmly and move around in different directions. You may face baby towards or away from you. Sing baby a rhyme when playing. Turning at a speed comfortable for baby in order to prevent giddiness. Observe baby’s reaction closely and stop if baby is either not enjoying it or feels unwell.
Daddy’s participation: Kill 2 birds with a stone -- Set aside some time to bond with baby while allowing you to rest.
