Preparation: Big towel or blanket
How to play: After bathing, place baby on big towel. Both parents hold 2 corners of the towel and lift up around 30-40 cm from the bed. Gently sway from left to right for around 30 seconds. Let baby rest and repeat.
You can also: Hold baby firmly with both hands. Lift him up and down continuously for 30 seconds. He loves this action and is sure going to laugh!

Personality Goal: Allow baby to play with things around him with no restrictions builds an independent character.
Preparation: Animal toys
How to play: Place toys within baby’s reach on the floor, allowing baby to grasp. Whenever baby grasps an animal, tell him what it is and imitate the sound that the animal makes. Place it back and repeat few times. After some practice, baby will soon recognize the items that they have picked. Be careful not to let him put the toys into his mouth.
You can also: Prepare some toys that squeak. By squeezing these toys, it develops baby’s motor nerves.
